Product Manager, Marketing Technology

About this role

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager Marketing Technology to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.


Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $117,800 – $188,600 annually


Responsibilities

• Lead product management from ideation to launch, ensuring customer alignment
• Deeply understand customer needs, technology, and business goals
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap prioritizing features based on research and feedback
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle including implementation and maintenance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into actionable product features
• Guide cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies
• Track KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Software product management
• 5+ years in designing and building on CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
• Experience with MarTech tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics
• 5+ years working in a collaborative Agile environment with remote teams
• 3+ years managing CRM and Marketing Technology platforms integrated with eCommerce stacks
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams
