### Role Overview

Webomates is hiring a Product Manager to work on its new SaaS product, AiScriptBuddy. This role is focused on product usability and user experience, ensuring the product is intuitive for both testers and non-testers.

You will work closely with Engineering, QA, and Design teams to translate real user needs into clear, usable product flows. This is a hands-on role where you will not only define requirements but also contribute to shaping the user experience through wireframes and UX thinking.

### Eligibility & Background

• **Prior background in software testing, with at least 2 years of automation testing experience**
• **Preferred: MBA in Product Management or related field**
• **Strong interest in UI/UX, usability, and SaaS products**
• **Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar tools**
• **Good communication skills, with the ability to work directly with stakeholders and cross-functional teams**

### Key Responsibilities

• Understand AiScriptBuddy users (testers, QA leads, engineering teams) and their workflows
• Analyze usability gaps in onboarding, test creation, execution, and reporting
• Convert feedback from internal QA, customers, and stakeholders into clear product requirements
• Work closely with Engineering to define user stories and acceptance criteria
• Create basic wireframes, user flows, and UX concepts using tools like **Figma/Canva**
• Support usability testing and validation before feature releases
• Document workflows, product behavior, and usability improvements
