We are building a global technology platform and are seeking an experienced Product Manager / Product Operations Lead to take ownership of translating business ideas into structured, build-ready product execution. This role is responsible for turning vision into reality by working closely with leadership, designers, and engineers

Responsibilities:

• Translate business ideas and requirements into clear product specifications
• Create structured product requirements (PRDs), user flows, and feature breakdowns
• Manage daily standups and sprint execution
• Coordinate between frontend, backend, DevOps, and design teams
• Track product development from concept to delivery
• Ensure features are delivered correctly and meet expected outcomes
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and missing logic in product requirements
• Maintain product roadmap, prioritisation, team, and meetings management
• Ensure alignment between product vision and technical implementation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a tech or SaaS environment
• **Strong understanding of:** Product lifecycle management, Agile or sprint-based development, Software development workflows
• Ability to convert ideas into: User stories, Feature requirements, Functional product flows
• Experience working directly with engineers and technical teams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Strong ownership mindset
• Ability to think both strategically and practically
• Attention to detail and structured thinking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Someone who can take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
