About this role
We are looking for a Product Manager II to help create better resume experiences for millions of job seekers. In this role, you'll own product initiatives that help different types of users get more relevant guidance, build stronger resumes, and move through the resume-building journey with greater confidence.
You'll use data, research, experimentation, and strong product judgment to identify user needs, define solutions, and deliver measurable business impact across BOLD's resume and career-document products.
At BOLD, we help people build resumes, apply for jobs, and take the next step in their careers. We are looking for a Product Manager II to help us make that experience more useful, more personal, and more effective for job seekers with different backgrounds, goals, and career situations.
This is a hands-on product role for someone who can take ownership of meaningful product opportunities from discovery through launch. You'll be expected to understand user problems deeply, define clear product requirements, partner closely with Design and Engineering, and use results to decide what we improve next.
You'll work across global teams to deliver experiences that improve resume quality, user confidence, conversion, and revenue.
