Position Overview

The Product Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution for a portfolio of specialized pet health products. This individual will drive market expansion, optimize product performance, and develop data-driven marketing strategies that support revenue growth and brand positioning. The role partners closely with veterinary professionals, sales teams, retailers, and internal cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic product and marketing plans to drive sales, market share, and revenue growth
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and research data to identify opportunities and optimize performance
• Develop and execute strategies across product, pricing, promotion, placement, point-of-purchase, and protocol initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, regulatory, legal, technical services, agencies, and external stakeholders
• Serve as the Voice of the Customer (VOC) by gathering feedback from veterinarians, consumers, and retail partners
• Support customer/channel-specific marketing initiatives and co-promotion opportunities
