About the Role

We are seeking a Procure to Pay (PTP) Operations Manager to lead end‑to‑end PTP service delivery across one or more client portfolios. This role is accountable for operational performance, client engagement, people leadership, and continuous improvement, ensuring consistent delivery against SLAs and business objectives.

You will work closely with Client Account Leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders, leveraging enterprise capabilities to drive operational excellence and scalable outcomes.

Location: Taguig – Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
Shift: Night Shift | Rest Days: Weekends Off

Key Responsibilities

• Support **sales pursuits and solution delivery** by leveraging Procure‑to‑Pay and broader finance operations capabilities.
• Build and strengthen **client relationships** in collaboration with Client Account Leadership.
• Define and execute the **PTP service delivery strategy** across assigned client portfolios.
• Proactively manage **delivery performance**, addressing risks and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to meet project targets and SLA commitments.
• Lead **people engagement, workforce planning, recruitment, and staffing** to optimize delivery outcomes.
• Provide operational leadership while aligning execution with broader business priorities.
• Participate in **risk identification and mitigation decisions** impacting multiple teams and service areas.

Skills & Qualifications

• **8–12 years of relevant experience** in Procure to Pay (PTP) operations.
• **5–10 years of supervisory or people management experience**.
• Strong experience in **stakeholder and client management**.
• Effective communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in shared services, BPO, or global delivery environments is an advantage.
• Experience or background in business transformation is an advantage.
