Performance & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (GHL Expert) - Virtual Assistant

Virtual Rockstar is hiring a full-time Performance & Lifecycle Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, a fast-moving, high-growth organization. This is a highly execution-focused role for a self-starting marketing specialist who can fully own the company’s communication and lifecycle marketing engine.


This is not a task-based role. The ideal candidate is a builder—someone who moves quickly, takes initiative, and is deeply accountable to results. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing automated email and SMS campaigns that turn contacts into booked appointments, with GoHighLevel (GHL) as your primary platform.


You will own the day-to-day messaging and lifecycle systems that power the company’s sales organization. While you’ll have access to internal design resources, you are responsible for the strategy, execution, testing, and optimization of campaigns.


Success in this role is measured primarily by appointment generation and system performance—not activity alone.


Responsibilities
Sales Force Communication

• Manage the daily “heartbeat” of company communication.
• Design and deploy email and SMS messaging that keeps the sales force informed, engaged, and performing.
• Ensure internal communication is timely, clear, and action-oriented.

Product & Service Adoption

• Create and execute internal marketing campaigns that drive agents to subscribe to and actively use the company’s software systems and services.
• Build messaging that increases adoption, engagement, and utilization across the sales force.

Lead Generation & Appointment Growth (Primary Metric)

• Master GoHighLevel to help agents upload their contacts and activate automated marketing sequences.
• Build, test, and optimize lifecycle campaigns that market to those contacts and drive booked appointments.
• Measure success by appointment opportunities generated for agents.
