### About the Role

This is a heavy engineering recruiting role. While your primary focus will be scaling our world-class engineering organization, you will also be called upon to leverage your expertise to support Product and Design hiring as needed.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact roles, including:

• **Engineering:** Principal Engineers, Engineering Managers, Data Engineering Leaders, and specialized roles in ML/AI.
• **Product & Design:** Senior/Group Product Managers, Director-level roles, and Senior Product Designers.
