Overall Purpose: This role is responsible for supporting project execution and ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget through effective resource coordination and the use of industry-standard methodologies. Supporting call delivery program execution for Consumer Customer Care call centers, this position drives work end to end—from intake through deployment—and partners across Care and Technology teams to move call delivery initiatives forward. The role helps translate strategic direction into clear requirements, delivery plans, and operational outcomes, while also supporting governance, leadership updates, risk identification, dependency management, and key decision-making.

## Key Roles and Responsibilities

• **End-to-End Project Management:** Support projects from initiation to completion, helping ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned to defined quality standards.
• **Project Planning and Scheduling:** Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports that guide execution and keep work aligned to objectives.
• **Stakeholder and Vendor Communication:** Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations.
