Primary objective
Manage the development and delivery of assigned civil Capital Works, Minor New Works, and some Specific Maintenance

projects projects that include intelligent transport systems (ITS) and electrical infrastructure such as streetlights and traffic

signals, for civil related assets.

Context statement
The Civil Construction team provides project and contract management services to construct and maintain road and related

civil infrastructure across the Northern Territory, including roads, bridges, aerodromes, barge landings and marine

infrastructure.

Key duties and responsibilities
1. Deliver assigned complex and non-complex Capital Works, Minor New Works, and specific maintenance projects,

ensuring the deliverable objectives and constraints of time, cost and quality are achieved.
