Technical Qualifications:
• At least 7 years of experience in software development, including 3 or more years in a leadership or senior-level role
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, C++, C#, Python, and JavaScript
• Strong experience in full-stack development and modern architectures including microservices and event-driven systems
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Solid foundation in software engineering principles including OOP, functional programming, scripting, unit testing, TDD/BDD, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and database management (SQL and NoSQL)
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools is an advantage
Leadership & Collaboration:
• Proven experience leading development teams and delivering software solutions with a focus on quality and timely execution
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Additional Qualifications:
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Git, testing frameworks, and software security practices
• Adaptable and capable of working effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments
