We are seeking a passionate, driven individual to join our Business Operations team within the Office of the CEO. The ideal candidate is strongly interested in technology, innovation, and the Employee Experience ecosystem. You have a proven ability to lead projects from ideation to execution with measurable impact. You excel at managing multiple competing priorities, knowing when to focus on details and when to take a step back to see the bigger picture. Impact drives you, and you're always thinking about how to move things forward.


You will lead BetterUp’s top strategic projects, including annual planning, acquisition integrations, due diligence, and more. These high-impact, cross-functional initiatives will require a deep understanding of BetterUp’s value chain. Handling sensitive projects, you’ll work closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and Executive Leadership Team to deliver strategic insights and measurable results.
