PLM Business Analyst - Functional Tester Role - Remote

Key Responsibilities**

• Analyze business and functional software requirements to create detailed test cases and scripts.
• Design, develop, and execute functional and regression test plans.
• Identify, report, and track software defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document test results and generate detailed test reports.
• Ensure compliance with established quality assurance standards and best practices.
• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience as a Functional Tester or Quality Assurance Analyst, with a strong focus on PLM projects.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Strong ability to write clear and concise test cases and test scripts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• ISTQB or other relevant software testing certifications.
• Experience with Team Center PLM.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
