Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Creative Strategy
• Paid Social Performance (Meta & TikTok)
• AI-Assisted Content Production

You will develop scroll-stopping ad concepts, analyse winning creatives, and use AI tools to rapidly produce high-performing ad angles at scale.

This role is ideal for someone who understands why ads perform, can create repeatable winning frameworks, and moves fast with AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end creative pipeline:
• research, ideation, scripting, hooks, iteration, and feedback loops
• Develop high-converting ad hooks for:
• Meta Reels, Stories, Feed, and TikTok
• Analyse winning and losing creatives to identify performance drivers
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate creative production
• Build swipe files, creative playbooks, hook libraries, and SOPs
• Collaborate with founders, designers, editors, and creative teams
• Stay updated on platform trends, ad formats, and consumer behavior
