What You’ll Do

- Develop detailed, accurate estimates at multiple project phases, from early concept through final pricing—across multiple trades and disciplines.
- Sell your strategy. Communicate and present cost plans persuasively to internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors—making the case for your approach.
- Drive takeoff execution and scope-of-work clarity across divisions such as Roofing, Siding, Fire/Flood Restoration, Ground-up Construction, and Renovations.
- Solicit and negotiate pricing from vendors and subcontractors—leveraging your market knowledge to secure competitive, high-quality partnerships.
- Compare and level bids, identifying value engineering opportunities and cost efficiencies.
- Develop project strategies that include opportunities for self-perform trades, material selection, delivery sequencing, and process improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Self-Perform Groups, Materials Teams, and Manufacturing to ensure successful execution from estimate to completion.
- Utilize and enhance our centralized estimating database to maintain consistency and historical cost reference.
