WORK LOCATION

This is a remote position with eligibility in the following states: AZ, DE, FL, GA, HI, IN, KY, LA, MI, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI. Candidates must reside in one of the locations for consideration.

PAY TRANSPARANCY

This role will offer $120,000 – $125,000annually, depending on experience, skills, and location.

Employees may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and additional benefits as part of our total rewards package.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager, Business Analyst leads the Business Analysis function and is responsible for driving enterprise initiatives that improve operational performance, system effectiveness, and business outcomes. This role oversees a team of Business Analysts and serves as a strategic partner to Operations, IT, Finance, and other business leaders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and implement scalable solutions.

The Manager ensures alignment between business needs and technical solutions, establishes standards for analysis and documentation, and provides leadership in cross-functional projects impacting systems, processes, and customer experience.
