What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale fiber optic construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and bid management for OSP engineering/construction firms.
• Provide regular customer updates and coordinate site access for project execution.
• Collaborate with local, state, and federal agencies to secure timely permit approvals.
• Maintain accurate network maps and documentation for project management and compliance purposes.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, fiber network engineering, or telecom infrastructure deployment for Project Manager role; 10 years for Senior Project Manager.
• Proven ability to develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent vendor management and communication skills, including experience in RFP processes.
