OSP Delivery Project Manager

Lumos is looking for a full-time OSP Delivery Project Manager! If you have experience managing fiber builds, driving projects forward, and collaborating across teams to get the job done right we want to hear from you.

As an OSP Delivery Project Manager, you'll lead the planning and execution of Outside Plant (OSP) construction projects: tracking milestones, aligning timelines, and partnering with internal and external teams to deliver results. You'll work closely with Lumos leaders and field crews, keeping projects on schedule and on budget while identifying ways to improve efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction. If you're a self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to turn plans into progress, we'd love to have you on the team!
