Moog's Military Aircraft Group is in search of an Operations Planning Manager to join their team!

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Planning Manager is responsible for master schedules, inventory, and materials planning processes across all Hydraulic A&T value streams.

You will have a balance between a tactical and strategic approach to issues and solutions within the disciplines of planning, scheduling, and overall materials processes within the site.

This position offers a 1st shift, on-site schedule at our East Aurora, NY Location.

To be considered for the Operations Planning Manager role, here’s what you’ll typically need to bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business discipline, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience, including demonstrated capability of:

- Leading, developing and coaching high-performing teams of employees.
- Leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tactical plans that achieve operation objectives.
- Effectively leading through organizational changes.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with a proven track record of enacting lean manufacturing strategies and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
- CPIM or APICS certification preferred.
