ABOUT PARKISH

Parkish is a new kind of family membership club in Williamsburg -- part park, part café, part social club. It's a beautifully designed space where parents can actually relax and connect while their kids roam freely. We opened in April 2026 and are growing quickly through memberships, events, and brand partnerships.

THE ROLE

This is the founder's right hand. You'll run the business day to day so the founder can focus on growth, and you'll help decide where Parkish goes next. It's a rare chance to get in early at a company with real momentum and build its operations from the ground up.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• **Member Experience:** Design and continuously improve every part of the member journey. Listen to members, act on their feedback, and make Parkish feel special.
• **Programming & Partnerships:** Run our calendar of member programming, community events, and brand events, from concept through execution.
• **People Ops:** Hire, train, schedule, and lead our team of Hosts. Build the policies and procedures that make Parkish run smoothly.
• **F&B Operations:** Oversee our café and beer & wine program, including launching our coffee program. We're not a full-service restaurant -- this is about smart systems, not complexity.
• **Growth:** Find new revenue and margin opportunities -- catering, in-space ordering, new memberships and offerings -- and turn the best ones into real programs.

ABOUT YOU

• 3+ years in hospitality, retail, fitness, or member-based operations, including managing a team
• A builder: you see what's missing, propose a plan, and see it through
• Comfortable with numbers and thinking about margins, not just service
• Warm and calm, and you genuinely love being around kids and families
• Excited to grow your role as fast as the company grows
