We are currently seeking a professional, organized, and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team at our Dallas, Texas location.

This role supports overall operational leadership and management of site activities, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, business growth, and client satisfaction across multiple service areas.

A structured onboarding and training period will be provided to ensure the successful candidate develops the knowledge and confidence required to succeed in the role.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in conformity assessment
• You should also demonstrate great leadership skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across all levels
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Action-oriented with an agile approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Demonstrated experience coaching direct reports and developing efficiency-focused teamwork models
• People skills with experience managing multiple teams
