Job Overview

Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Operations Manager with strong Food & Beverage leadership experience to support the overall daily operation of the hotel.

This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality leader who can take ownership of Food & Beverage operations while also providing leadership across Front Office, Housekeeping, guest services, and general hotel operations.

The Operations Manager will work closely with the General Manager to maintain strong operational standards, develop employees, improve guest satisfaction, control expenses, and ensure consistent execution across departments.

A major focus of this position will be strengthening the hotel’s restaurant, bar, kitchen, and banquet operations, including service standards, inventory controls, scheduling, training, cleanliness, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership across hotel operations, with a primary focus on Food & Beverage performance and execution.
• Oversee restaurant, bar, kitchen, banquet, and event operations to ensure consistent service and quality standards.
• Support Front Office, Housekeeping, and other operational departments as business needs require.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees while maintaining clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Work directly with the General Manager to identify operational challenges and implement corrective action.
• Manage F&B inventory, ordering, receiving, weekly counts, par levels, waste, and cost controls.
• Monitor food cost, beverage cost, labor productivity, departmental expenses, and overall profitability.
• Develop employee schedules based on hotel occupancy, forecasted demand, group business, and operational needs.
• Ensure accurate POS procedures, cash handling, room charges, revenue posting, and daily financial controls.
