What You’ll Do

Our Operations Manager keeps a close pulse on the floor. You’ll greet every table, provide on-the-spot coaching to team members across all front-of-house teams, and take the lead when guests raise a concern. You’ll be the cheer squad for the front-of-house, bringing energy, motivation, and positivity to every shift. This role is hands-on, people-focused, and central to how we “Amp the Experience.”

• **Keep a Pulse on the Floor.** You’ll be everywhere at once - greeting tables, checking in with guests, and keeping the energy high across the venue. You’ll know what’s happening before it happens and make sure every guest feels seen, supported, and celebrated.
• **Lead the Guest Experience.** Jump in fast, resolve issues with calm professionalism, and turn tough moments into memorable ones. You’ll bring that “master’s degree in hospitality” energy that disarms, delights, and builds trust.
