Start the new year working with us as our new Office Manager. We are a Small Rockville family-owned law firm with a fast-paced Civil Litigation practice, close to the metro. Our Office Manager has been with the company for eight years and is available for a seamless, in-depth transition and training period.
Primary Job Responsibilities: (*included but not limited to*)
- Full Charge Bookkeeping with experience using QuickBooks financial software
- Administration of general ledger, preparation of financial reports for attorneys, handling Accounts Payable, Receivable, ADP payroll, & reconciliation of bank accounts
- Monthly preparation of client legal bills
- Prepare financial documents for Accountants to assist with Annual close the books
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office and staff
- Assist with hiring and Onboarding Paralegals
- Liaison with IT service professionals. Coordinate repair & maintenance of computer issues, & manage Comcast internet-based phone service
- Assist with preparation of financials and applications for Annual Insurance Renewals – Professional Liability & Commercial Insurance
- Daily Processing of incoming mail/FedEx deliveries, managing copiers, purchasing, hiring vendors, and providing telephone support when needed
