The Opportunity

We are looking for a Project Manager who can leverage their IT expertise to work with the Fleet to understand their needs and challenges to deliver a world-class IT experience. You will create well-designed project plans to assist the client in developing innovative solutions to complex problems. You know that project managers touch every part of an organization and wear multiple hats, from caring for the client and their meaningful project goals to participating in organizational development and being a key contributor to team success.


What You'll Work On

• Work directly with clients and external stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional team support, coordination, planning, collaboration, and execution tasks are aligned with program and project goals.
• Empower our clients through effective communication, ensuring the program achieves its goals, and meets our quality standards.
• Engage with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic schedules to manage and report progress.
• Leverage Agile methodologies to lead client engagement sessions in support of development planning and execution.
• Write and deliver executive leadership-level communications and briefings.
