$85,000 – $110,000 + Commission + Significant Long-Term Growth Opportunity

This is not an entry-level sales role.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical aesthetics.

We are looking for a highly experienced medical aesthetics professional to help scale one of Australia's emerging regenerative aesthetics brands nationally.

This is a high-performance, revenue-driving role focused on:

• clinic onboarding and expansion
• recurring clinic growth
• professional relationship management
• treatment integration
• long-term account development
• strategic industry growth

We are specifically looking for someone already established within the medical aesthetics industry who understands how to generate and grow recurring clinic revenue.

The ideal candidate already has:

• strong existing clinic relationships
• Quality clinic relationships are valued over quantity, with emphasis on meaningful professional connections.
• cosmetic doctor and nurse connections
• an existing aesthetics database/network
• experience onboarding and growing clinic accounts
• strong communication and relationship-building skills
• experience within medical aesthetics, injectables, professional skincare or advanced dermal clinics

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of clinic growth, account development and measurable sales performance within aesthetics.
