You'll oversee performance across several sites, supporting teams to deliver strong operational standards, engaging merchandising, and excellent customer service. About You

You'll be a confident leader with retail management experience, ideally across multiple sites. Experience running a charity shop, reuse store, recycling retail outlet, or similar community-focused environment would be highly beneficial.

Organised, commercially aware, and passionate about sustainability, you'll enjoy developing teams and creating attractive retail spaces from pre-loved and refurbished stock.
