What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with healthcare professionals, such as doctors and pharmacists, to promote our range of high-quality herbal and natural medicine products
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring they are satisfied with our products and services
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively reaching out to potential customers to generate sales leads
• Provide comprehensive product information and address any customer queries or concerns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales and promotional strategies
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in medical or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the herbal or natural medicine industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present our products
• Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals
• Thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, including relevant regulations and trends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using sales-related software
• Adaptable and resilient, with a positive, customer-centric attitude
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
