## Overview:

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Marketing/Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team. We are looking for a strategic and creative marketing leader to shape and strengthen our global brand presence across key markets and audiences. In this role, you’ll drive brand positioning, lead integrated marketing initiatives, and contribute to the growth and recognition of SOFTSWISS products within the iGaming industry.

## Purpose of the role:

You will drive and strengthen SOFTSWISS brand positioning across global markets to increase awareness and recognition.

This role combines strategic brand development with hands-on execution across multiple channels and touchpoints. You will ensure consistent brand communication, support go-to-market initiatives, and strengthen how the SOFTSWISS brand and products are perceived by clients, partners, and the wider iGaming community.

You will also manage complex brand and marketing projects end-to-end — from positioning and creative concepts to cross-functional coordination, launch, and implementation across global markets.

## Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end project marketing management of complex brand and marketing initiatives — from strategic planning and creative concept development to cross-functional coordination, production, launch, execution, and post-campaign analysis
• Develop and implement positioning, messaging frameworks, communication strategies, and campaign concepts aligned with business goals
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based communication plans, including priorities, objectives, key messages, target regions, and communication channels
• Drive consistency of brand communication across all internal and external touchpoints
• Define and maintain brand positioning, visual style, target audience profiles, consumer insights, and key messaging
