## Overview

The Manager, Recruiting Operations and Programs is a strategic individual contributor responsible for designing, enabling, and continuously improving scalable, data-driven talent acquisition processes and programs across the organization. This role focuses on optimizing end-to-end hiring strategies for frontline, leadership, and senior leadership roles, ensuring consistent, efficient, and high-quality hiring outcomes.
The position owns the operational infrastructure, systems, and programs that power recruiting success across the corporate office and 35+ field locations. In addition, this role proactively builds talent pipelines and develops innovative hiring programs to meet both current and future workforce needs. This is a newly created position established to support business growth and evolving workforce needs.
