We are excited to bring on a Manager - Clinical Operations, to join our Group Protection Clinical & Vocational Operations team supporting Workplace Solutions in a remote environment.
*Background Details*
As a Manager - Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurse disability consultants and behavioral health consultants. This includes partnering closely with medical and vocational operations and serving as a consultant to the claim operations team for complex clinical issues.
What You'll Be Doing
- You will use critical thinking to analyze, identify, and develop data, trends, reports, and resources that improve delivery of services. Works with other key areas to continually develop process enhancements.
- You will maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assess the impact, and collaborate with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
- You will manage and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.
- You will establish and implement individual and team priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure completion of responsibility. In addition, you will manage workloads are appropriately balanced among team members.
- You will provide training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and give honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent.
