What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts, providing feedback and performance evaluations
• Establish standards for requirements quality, documentation, analysis techniques, and delivery practices
• Oversee team workload, prioritization, and capacity planning across multiple initiatives
• Drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the Business Analysis team
• Communicate effectively with executive and non-technical audiences regarding project scope and impacts

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience, with increasing scope and complexity
• 2-3 years of experience supervising or leading Business Analysts or similar roles
• Strong understanding of IT operations, SDLC processes, and PMO methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities

• Proficiency with Office 365, SQL, Symitar, and the Jack Henry product suite
