## Duties

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Plan, organize, and track cross-functional projects by monitoring timelines, identifying risks, coordinating contributors, and updating project plans.
- Analyze operations qualitatively and quantitatively to identify issues, gather data, and prepare findings or recommendations for program decisions.
- Drive process improvement initiatives using tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, workflow mapping, SIPOC (Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs, and Customers), and root-cause analysis.
- Collect data, conduct preliminary analyses, and create reports or dashboards to communicate performance, project status, or operational metrics to managers and stakeholders.
- Join meetings, document requirements, prepare summaries, work with staff across units, and deliver project updates to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate project readiness, implement outcomes evaluation, review documentation, and develop recommendations to improve project execution or program performance.
- Develop project documentation, provide status updates, create briefing materials, and write reports for project leaders, management, or interdisciplinary teams.
