### Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- 3 years of experience in civil site development and structural design for industrial projects.
- 3 years of experience auditing, interpreting, validating structural calculations, civil site plans, and geotechnical reports.
- 3 years of experience in both civil and structural disciplines. Structural: steel/concrete framing and seismic design, etc. Civil: grading, stormwater, underground utilities, etc.
- 3 years of experience with engineering code interpretation, and structural/civil analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, RISA, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS) and civil design tools (AUTOCAD, Civil 3D, Hydrocad, etc.) to review/interrogate consultant models.
### Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in structural engineering, civil engineering, or similar.
- Experience working as an owner’s engineer or lead design engineer in mission-critical facilities such as data centers, oil and gas, or similar heavy industrial sectors.
- Enclosure design and manufacturing experience (e.g. switchgear enclosures).
- Knowledge of international building codes (e.g. IBC, Eurocode) alongside local municipal regulations to ensure design compliance.
