Our Municipal team is seeking candidates to fill the position of Civil Engineering Project Manager to serve a varied client base and help expand our Municipal, transportation, and water/sewer sector in the Maine and New Hampshire regions. We are open to fully remote candidates located in the state of Maine or New Hampshire.

CIVIL ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Plan and design a wide range of municipal projects.
- Marketing - Capital Project Discovery with current and future municipal clients to help build the team’s project pipeline.
- Prepare, review, and manage scope of services, budgets, schedules and subconsultant efforts. Draft and negotiate proposals and agreements for complete projects.
- Manage multiple projects and delegate tasks to multiple staff.
- Develops day-to-day schedules for staff and manages project budgets.
- Independently perform, evaluate, and review engineering calculations and analyze.
- Prepare and review engineering reports, permit applications, bid documents and other typical written communication.
