About the Role

The Junior Software Developer role is dedicated to learning, developing, and maintaining our internal software systems with a focus on our business-critical mobile application, AV Capture. You will actively contribute to the Technology team by participating in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation. Partnering closely with our Senior Software Developer for Mobile Apps (and iOS Lead), you will develop feature requests for the Android platform and work directly with members of several groups across the business to effectively meet project requirements. You possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. You are a motivated self-starter with a passion for continuous learning who is adept at leveraging AI tools to accelerate development under the mentorship of our senior team members.
