Junior Recruiter

About this role

This role offers exposure across recruitment, business development, and account management, providing opportunities to build strong client relationships while developing a well-rounded understanding of the talent and hiring landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES
:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding hiring needs to coordinating interviews, offer management, and onboarding
• Work closely with clients to understand their team requirements, project needs, and hiring expectations
• Source and connect with suitable candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and internal databases
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to better understand experience, career goals, and overall role fit
• Build strong and lasting relationships with both clients and candidates through regular communication and professional support
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and expanding client relationships through market outreach and referrals
• Share market insights such as salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent availability with clients and candidates
• Maintain accurate and updated records of recruitment activities within the internal system
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Work within a collaborative and fast-paced environment with opportunities for learning, growth, and career progression

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in recruitment, business development, or client-facing roles will be an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
