Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, preparing budgets, and analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency with various accounting software tools to maintain financial integrity and compliance.

Duties

• Manage and oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
• Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial statements using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Conduct account reconciliations and account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Develop and monitor budgets, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies through regular audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits and prepare necessary documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and best practices to improve financial processes.
• Support management with strategic planning by providing detailed financial reports and analysis.

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation.
