We are seeking a Drupal Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business needs, user experience, and technical delivery within a complex enterprise Drupal environment.

This is not a traditional Business Analyst role focused only on documentation. This position is deeply embedded within the delivery team and works closely with UX, developers, stakeholders, and project leadership to help shape how digital services are designed, implemented, and continuously improved.


What is the Mission?

The Drupal Business Analyst serves as a key bridge between stakeholders, UX/design teams, developers, and project leadership within a large enterprise Drupal platform. This role supports requirements gathering, workflow analysis, wireframe collaboration, roadmap planning, Drupal platform operations, and iterative delivery activities to help ensure successful implementation of user-centered digital solutions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating across both business and technical conversations, can quickly develop deep knowledge of the platform and workflows, and is capable of translating ideas and requirements into actionable functionality and delivery priorities.


What Will You Do?

• Collaborate with stakeholders, UX teams, developers, and project leadership to gather, refine, and document business and functional requirements
• Work closely with UX and design resources to help translate wireframes, workflows, and user interactions into implementable Drupal functionality
