About the role

We're looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Data Management team. You'll work directly with freight and audit data across multiple client accounts — extracting it, validating it, shaping it into Power BI reports, and helping internal teams and clients understand what it's telling them.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be writing SQL and working in Power BI from day one, not waiting months to get access to real data. You'll also contribute to client-facing work, including Quarterly Business Reviews where your analysis directly supports the story we tell clients about their freight performance.

What you'll do

• Write T-SQL queries to extract and prepare data from our Azure SQL and Microsoft Fabric environment
• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Use Power Query and basic DAX to shape and transform data for reliable reporting outputs
• Validate data for accuracy and completeness — and flag issues before they become problems
