About the Role

Kareer Basycs is seeking an entry-level Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, document requirements, support process improvements, and help deliver effective business solutions.

, including experience gained through coursework, internships, academic or personal projects, or professional work.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Support workshops, interviews, and meetings to help identify requirements and align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, project managers, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze existing business processes and help identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Create and maintain business and project documentation, including requirements documents, process documentation, and use cases.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, issue tracking, and coordination with business users.
• Track project activities and communicate relevant updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting to support business decisions when needed.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field,
or equivalent practical experience
