GAMA-1 Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst III to support Agile delivery across critical programs and serve as the Scrum Master in a remote work environment. What You Will Do in This Role

The IT Business Analyst III will serve as a Scrum Master and Agile delivery facilitator, leading cross-functional teams across project delivery and operational support functions while ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution. It combines Agile leadership, business analysis, and service operations coordination to support delivery, process improvement, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead Agile delivery as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and enabling high-performing teams across delivery and operational support functions
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams, including service delivery and support teams, to ensure alignment between business needs and delivery
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, including service desk functions and operational procedures, to support solution development
• Translate business needs into user stories and technical requirements, supporting backlog refinement and prioritization for both project delivery and service operations enhancements
