About the Job:
The Project Manager – Mission Critical at Choate Construction is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex data center and mission critical projects, where precision, reliability, and accountability are non‑negotiable. This role partners closely with owners, designers, and field leaders to manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk while ensuring alignment with stringent performance, redundancy, and commissioning requirements. As a relationship‑driven leader and professional solution‑finder, the Project Manager champions Choate’s safety culture, protects project outcomes, and delivers high‑quality work that safeguards both people and reputation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- You possess at least 5 years experience in Mission Critical projects.
- You can demonstrate you have championed Safety as an onsite leader on a consistent basis.
- You can demonstrate that you have lead the planning, executing and delivery of mission critical projects ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards from preconstruction through closeout
- You have managed all project financials, including budgeting, cost forecasting, change management, buyout, pay applications, and financial reporting.
