About The Role
As an HR Business Partner at the Mitterteich location, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's future by acting as a strategic partner to leadership and teams. Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field. Good knowledge of employment law and experience working with works councils or employee representation bodies are essential.
