Why this role exists:
This role exists to define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and performance of the payment product portfolio. You'll lead product direction, teams, and decision-making to ensure alignment with company strategy, financial goals, and customer needs.
What you'll drive:
Product vision & strategy
- Set the product vision and overall product strategy in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Ensure alignment between product strategy, company goals, and long-term vision.
- Define development direction for major products and the company overall.
- Plan product development horizons for 12–24 months.
Product portfolio & lifecycle ownership
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and retirement.
- Create and launch new major products, including cross-functional initiatives involving multiple departments.
- Optimize product portfolio performance and return on investment.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to product development and market changes.
Market, customers & positioning
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
