The Polish team is hiring for a Sr. Product Manager to help with efforts in improving customer experience. The Product Manager will have ownership of a number of multiple strategic projects and initiatives, and will enjoy a high amount of autonomy.


Key job responsibilities

• Improving Customer Experience: assessing customer experience gaps and opportunities to determine the best path forward and developing scalable plans to deliver the improvements.
• Ensure achievement of shared goals by influencing local leaders and teams. You facilitate effective internal communication, and drive participation across stakeholder groups in support of your vision.
• Prepare and deliver business reporting documents to EU Stores leadership which may include MBRs, QBRs, bi-annual reviews, and OP1/2.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science
• - 5+ years of experience working cross functionally
• - Strong analytical skills, including Excel or SQL querying.
• - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English, with the ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
• - Exceptional ability to influence, negotiate with, and persuade others is required. Must be flexible and demonstrate strong judgment, build a course of action, analyze trade-offs, and make recommendations in ambiguous situations.
