About this role
- We’re seeking a Head of Operations to own and scale the operational backbone of Hyperbolic during a period of rapid growth
- This is a senior, high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring that revenue operations, customer operations, supply coordination, and internal execution scale smoothly as the company grows from ~10 to 100+ employees
- You will sit at the center of the business, overseeing end-to-end operations across revenue, customers, and infrastructure
- This includes managing billing and invoicing systems, aligning GPU supply with customer demand, and building the operational rigor required to support a global compute marketplace
- You will directly manage and mentor the Business Operations Specialist, supporting execution across finance operations, onboarding workflows, and cross-functional process design
- This is a highly hands-on role for someone who can both build scalable systems and step directly into execution when needed
- You will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to execute company priorities, improve cross-functional alignment, and establish the operational infrastructure necessary for Hyperbolic to scale efficiently
- Many current workflows are still manual or bespoke, and you will be responsible for implementing scalable processes that improve visibility, consistency, and execution without slowing the company down
