About the Team: This newly formed central team focuses on driving excellence across digital and data, operations, marketing technology, automation, performance marketing and analytics. It drives consistency, scale, and smarter decision-making across Data Services Marketing.
About the role: A senior Hub role accountable for the global Martech ecosystem, marketing systems governance, and operational excellence across four brands within Data Services. This leader sets the technology and operations strategy, builds scalable processes, and ensures marketing systems, data and workflows operate as a unified, compliant and commercially impactful engine. The role drives adoption, capability uplift and consistent execution across all brands and markets.
Responsibilities
- Martech Strategy & Platform Leadership - Own and deliver the global Data Services Martech strategy and roadmap, governing a scalable, integrated stack while setting architecture standards, driving platform adoption, optimisation and measurable commercial ROI across hub and brand teams
