Who You Are

You are a digital health-tech attorney with broad generalist experience across contracting, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, with a particular focus on IP strategy — patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and licensing. You’ve operated as the sole or senior-most legal decision-maker inside a company and are comfortable owning the call, not just advising on it.

You are risk-calibrated, giving the business a clear, fast, defensible path forward instead of a blanket “no.” You’re comfortable managing and mentoring legal talent without a large team.

The Role

You are OnMed's senior-most legal authority, with primary ownership of IP and licensing strategy, regulatory compliance, and contracting — including final sign-off on material contracts, IP protection and licensing direction, and regulatory compliance strategy.
