We're seeking a Head of Business Operations, reporting to the CEO, to own the operational and financial engine that powers everything we build. You'll inherit a lean, high-performing team, a strong foundation, and be responsible for scaling it into something exceptional. ### Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of four spanning customer operations, customer experience, and business operations. Set direction, raise the bar, and build career paths.
• Own Automaker OEM and aftermarket device partnerships end-to-end, from pipeline development and evaluation through negotiation and ongoing relationship management.
